Domaine Frederic Leprince Saint-Romain 2021 Size::6 Bottle Case finely structured and deliciousBased in Nantoux, a small village in the Haute Cte de Beaune, Frdric Leprince vinifies his cuves from grapes provided by his winegrower friends, just enough to produce a few pieces. Vinification and aging are marked by simplicity, with a view to allowing the terroirs to express themselves as much as possible. For this cuve, the Chardonnays harvested by hand are pressed directly, the juices lightly settled and then fermented using indigenous yeasts.
