The form from Gunung Belirang (BE 3170) produces elaborately flared, dark peristomes on large pitchers. Weve used this plant extensively in our breeding program with impressive results. Unlike many other Nepenthes, this species produces very impressive traps even when small. Its best grown as a highland plant. This pitcher plant is considered a Highland Tropical plant. Please see our
