A silver gilt Maltese Cross with white enamelled arms and ball finials, with dual intertwined rings in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, the obverse with a central oval gilded medallion bearing the Coat of Arms of Latvia and dated 1938, the reverse with a similar central oval gilded medallion bearing the Coat of Arms of the Duchy of Courland and Semigallia and dated 1710,
