They can clamp onto round poles of up to 2'' diameter. This truss clamp is also supplied with a wedge to grip flat surfaces up to 1. 2'' thick. Doughty Engineering manufactures a range of accessories and spigots that snap into the supaclamp to hold lights etc. These accessories can be quickly released by pressing the quick release
