Germany, Imperial. An Unusual Imperial Dagger, C.1916 Archive with the “STH” (Stahlhelm) insignia(Dolch). A German dagger measuring 400 mm in length with the scabbard on, it features a 237 mm nickel plated steel (magnetic) blade, the obverse ricasso is engraved DOUAI 1914 16, crossguard with quillon and pommel exhibiting light contact and wear, both plates of the grip are held in place by two rivets and central pins, accompanied by a metal (non magnetic) and leather scabbard with frog stud, ball finial, single screw in the throat, in addition to
