Constructed of silver with gilt, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a central gilt medallion bearing a raised monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm I, the reverse with a central gilt medallion bearing a number 20 in Roman numerals, unmarked, measuring 37. 35 mm (w) x 42. 17 mm (h), weighing 11. 4 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in very fine
