Bodegas Callejuela ‘La Choza’, Vino de Pasto 2021 importsept Food pairings: Red grilled meatCallejuela La Choza Pago Macharnudo is a white wine without denomination of origin produced by the winery Callejuela in Sanlcar de Barrameda, Cdiz. Callejuela was founded in 1980 by Francisco Romero Blanco, after spending more than 20 years as a labourer. He started making musts in some small facilities and selling to the large wineries in the area. In 1998, the third generation of the Blanco family took over the vines and the winery, creating the
