Two Wolves Petit Verdot 2019 hfw The nose explodes from theWinemaking: The fruit was hand harvested on two dates (Oct 14 & 24, 2019) to allow for more ripeness and complexity. Both lots were destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats and a new puncheon barrel. After three weeks on the skins, the wine was pressed to French oak (50% new) where it matured for 20 months until it was racked and bottled. The wine was bottled July 15, 2021.
