Signed by the Minister of National Defence for Air, numbered 9689 in the top right corner, contained in a painted wooden frame, with glass covering, reverse covered in paper, reverse slightly loose, wear throughout frame, remains very fine. Footnote: William Manley Butler was from Toronto, Ontario. He enlisted in the RCAF in May 1941. He died on active service on
