Germany, Luftwaffe. A Luftwaffe Fallschirmjäger Smock Eagle (Sumpfmuster '44 Camo) Archive A 1933 Kreistreffen Colditz badge(Luftwaffe Fallschirmjger Brustadler Sumpfmuster '44 camo). Eagle is constructed of light brown cotton twill, trimmed with tan coloured cotton threading the obverse bearing a machine embroidered, silver grey threaded Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 90 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition. Provenance Footnote: This item was brought to the United States as part of a souvenir lot in 1946 by Captain Glennon
