80s Scarlet High Neck Pleated Wool Coat period_1990s Very early 1970's Oscar deTruly incredible styled coat, It features a yoked high neck with three button closure. The rest of the coat drapes beautifully as its pleats start around the shoulders and is tied with a belt of the same fabric around the waist.
