This is a small low growing border plant endemic to pine rockland habitat of southern Miami Dade County. It likes full sun and is a slow growing evergreen. Very popular with pollinators as a nectar source and birds enjoy the seeds thereby potentially spreading the plant by the seeds of the fruit. Grow to about 2' tall and can spread to about 5' wide. It is not salt tolerant. It likes well draining semi dry to
