Constructed of gilded tombak with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an enameled emblem in the form of a black mobile swastika overlaid by a silvered TeNo insignia on a red square, within a raised cogwheel, above a date of 1920 and topped by a TeNo style German national eagle, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, stamped with issue number 4195,
