Distillerie Mette Williams Pear (Poire) 42% 500ml macon-milly-lamartin 88% Shiraz and 12% TintaWilliams pears harvested in the heart of summer. After a natural fermentation, they are distilled twice in our copper pot stills. Our Williams pear brandy is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. Consume it as a digestive at 13c in a tulip glass. Colour: transparent, clear. Nose: pure and refined, with notes of very ripe pears and freshly squeezed juice. Palate: harmonious and textured, with flavours of grainy,
