Constructed of gilded silver with enamels, consisting of a Maltese Cross with white enameled arms, each quadrant joined together by a double sided gilt NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika on a white enameled disc, the obverse three and nine oclock arms overlaid by crossed gilt swords, the twelve oclock arm with an integral fan suspension
