Portugal, Republic. A Cross For Military Bravery, Knight, C.1945 Archive with multiple entries in pencilIn silver gilt with red, white, blue and green enamels, hallmarked with the M. Pinhao, Lisbon (1940 present) maker mark on the suspension just above the arm at 12 o'clock on the obverse, measuring 34. 5 mm (w) x 45. 7 mm (h) inclusive of its ball suspension, chipping evident in the blue enamels on the centrepiece ring and in the green enamels on the wreath at 7: 30 o'clock, clasp on its original ribbon with dual prong pinback, very fine.
