Constructed of red cotton twill, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges black cotton tresses, bearing a central white cotton disc 90 mm in diameter, in turn defaced by a machine embroidered black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 18 cm (w) x 12 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, demonstrating minor soiling, in extremely fine condition.
