EARL FITZ WILLAIM and the OFFICERS of the 1st W. Y. Y. C. TO Private Henry Sims, as being the best swordsman in (A) Troop, Donester 1863", while etching is clear and well preserved, hilt as well as scabbard are pitted, original leather washer is retained, fine.
