Constructed of blackened magnetic iron, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse with a central mobile swastika, the six oclock arm with a reinstitution date of 1939, the reverse six oclock arm with an initial institution date of 1813, unmarked, measuring 38. 22 mm (w) x 38. 10 mm (h), weighing 10. 6 grams, in very fine condition.
