Ingredients: Blessed Thistle*, Cinnamon chips*, Ginger*, Corn Silk, Fennel Marshmallow Root* & Dandelion Root* * = Organic Directions: To make the perfect cup, use one heaping* teaspoon (if a teaspoon is 5 ml, do 8 ml) of herbs in to freshly boiled water (preferably between 195 203 F) and let sit for 7 10 minutes. Strain & enjoy! A great tea to take alongside a cleanse, detox, or just taking a cup daily!
