Grapefruit, Pink Lady apples and peach are supported by a subtle cashew nut note. This wine is beginning to show the complexity that it will possess in five or more years. Meanwhile it is a gloriously elegant Chardonnay which will pair with delicately flavoured dishes or the bright, saline twang of a Coffin Bay oyster.
