Constructed of off white paper with black ink, named to Intendanturrat Johannes Plate, issued in Berlin on 13 September 1933, featuring an original handwritten signature of Reichswehrminister (and Generalfeldmarschall) Werner von Blomberg, measuring 210 mm (w) x 294 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
