NOSE : This 12 year old rum offers full, rounded woody notes relating to the time the rum has been in contact with the wood of the selected oak casks. PALATE : Notes of undergrowth, roasted coffee and toast with more marked spices such as nutmeg, progressing to smoother notes of cinnamon and prunes.
