The distillery by the River Spey has been making Whiskies since 1824 and they sure do know a thing or two about making great Scotch. The distillery stands on a ridge above the River Spey and it got its name from an ancient church that had been burnt down in the 15th century. They have two "secrets" up their sleeve: top
