Accompanied by its 36 mm (w) x 10 mm ribbon bar with pinback and its 13 mm (w) x 12 mm (h) rosette, in its hardshelled ARROW case of issue, marked "MEDAL OF HONOR" and "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" on the lid.
