Each plot vinified separately with ferments in stainless steel and no malo (except for the Bouzy rouge). Only Annonciade sees 6 months of barrel ageing before 10 years ageing on lees. NV cuvees have up to 50% reserve wines added and dosage is 5g l for Annonciade up to 8g l for the non vintage cuves.
