Constructed of a field grey card stock binding with 54 paginated interior pages, named to FRIEDRICH KRTZER, a native of Wuppertal Langerfeld, who was born on 18 May 1895 and who was selected for military service eligibility in 1937, with no entries indicating any subsequent active service, retaining a certified photo of Krtzer, accompanied by three Wehrpa notifications and call up documents, notably with
