Dormilona Blanc de Blancs 2024 Size::12 Bottle Case Opaque purple redHand harvest Chardonnay from the Burnside BD vineyard. Whole bunch pressed direct to seasoned French oak. Full natural fermentation & malo with battonage. Once malic dry & ages to perfection simply transferred back to tank to for dosage of Chardonnay juice then hand bottled wearing a beret. Nothing but grapes.
