The maritime climate experienced at our Langhorne Creek vineyard is proving ideal for its production. Our Vermentino was hand harvested before gently pressing to stainless steel. Some lees was left in the juice to add texture and the juice fermented at cool temperatures to help retain freshness. The 2021 Vermentino is pale straw in colour with
