Its medium bodied & easy drinking, one that doesnt require raising your pinkie to drink, but still gets your attention nonetheless. Our cool climate fruit gave us a roaring head start in the style we wanted to make. We focused on striking up the right balance between fruit, acid and oak so neither one overpowered the other.
