A very well preserved Schutzpolizei M 43 style field cap constructed of an early war style green wool exterior, complemented by a gray cotton rayon blended interior lining. Vibrant green Waffenfarbe piping spans the circumference of the crown, while fold down panels with downward sloping scallops to the front cover the sides and rear of the neck area when in use. When not in use, the panels are raised with their ends
