Royal Serbian Volunteer Corps Badge, c.1944 visually-hidden slightly stainedIn bronze, obverse shows the image of St. George on horseback slaying the dragon, reverse has hooks with no pin, reverse number 04166, evidence of some wear, very fine condition. Footnote: The Serbian Volunteer Corps was founded in 1941 as a paramilitary branch of the fascist political organization Zbor. During World War II, they collaborated with Nazi Germany.
