Red Mill was originally distilled and aged in the CSR refinery on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour, in Pyrmont Bay. A classic style of rum, it was rich and flavoursome, aged in all ex whiskey casks. When ready, it would be transported to George Fesqs warehouse for bottling. We havent attempted to recreate this Rum, exactly, but have used it as
