Petzl Thales Safety Chest Collar & Evacuation Triangle Steel Snap Hooks This Brake Coil is forPetzl Thales Safety Chest Collar & Evacuation Triangle The Petzl Thales safety chest collar and evacuation triangle with shoulder straps is engineered for use on helicopter evacuations, cable lift evacuations and rescue operations. The chest collar is used to secure an evacuee in emergency situations before evacuating with the triangle. Three hook and loop straps are used to quickly transition from the chest collar to the triangle configuration.
