Commune of Buttons Clover Pinot Noir 2024 macon-villages The vineyard lies on theThe Pinot from Commune of Buttons is from 0. 5 hectares of Pinot Noir from the Clover vineyard east facing slope. Post hand harvest the grapes were sorted, then destemmed with 10% whole bunches. Maceration was for 3 weeks followed by elevage for 11 months in a single 1800L Foudre. The wine is bright, acid driven and red fruited with cherries and spice on the nose, it has a dark bramble core with a generous mid pallet.
