with delicate floral aromas and powerful lemon-lime fruit with hints of talc and wet stone

The grapes were picked at about 12°Be and allowed a couple of hours skin contact

red to black currant and liquorice flavours meet up with cedary tobacco characters

Each year its slightly different based on what grows on our block. More Roussanne for the first time so the wine carries enhanced citrus notes and tingling acidity. We think these varieties work very well together and this wine will cellar for a very long time.
