slightly meaty cherry-choc fruit with ashy-spicy liquorice-and-earth underpinning
Yields tend to be 2 - 3 tonnes per acre with traditional methods of viticulture being engaged to preserve the integrity and longevity of these premium old vineyards
Maturation lasts 18-20 months depending on the vintage
