Juniper Cane Cut Size::12 Bottle Case Yields are smallPale straw, clear & bright. The nose has the characteristic citrus blossom lift with lime, pineapple & pear aromas, complemented by suggestions of lime marmalade. The palate is lithe & clean with a little grip whilst still sweet. Intense flavours of Meyer lemon, juicy lime & honeycomb are gorgeously counterbalanced by a fine, refreshing, acid finish. Excellent with baked lemon tart. Serve with fresh raspberries, slices of dried apple & mascarpone.
