Constructed of gilded zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a central sword overlaid by dual shields, with one shield bearing a Heer style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika and the other a Falange insignia, above a swastika flanked by laurel leaves, the reverse bearing an inscription of DIVISIN
