Prussia, Kingdom. An Order of the Red Eagle, IV Class Cross, by H. Zehn Auction Archive including a naval eagle(Roter Adler Orden, Kreuz IV. Klasse). Instituted 12 June 1792 by King Friedrich Wilhelm II. (1864 1918 issue). Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms, the obverse bearing a central white enameled medallion overlaid by a hand painted Prussian imperial eagle, the reverse overlaid by a central pebbled medallion bearing a raised monogram of King Friedrich Wilhelm II, the twelve oclock arm topped
