Germany, Kriegsmarine. A Coastal Artillery War Badge, by Friedrich Linden Auction measuring 45 mm (w) x(Kriegsabzeichen fr die Marineartillerie). Constructed of gilded and silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, surrounding a central coastal artillery gun with its barrel raised and extending beyond the edge of the wreath, the reverse with a crimped hinge soldered over a rectangular frame and vertical pinback
