Constructed of feinkzink, the obverse with a symbolic depiction of Europa riding a bull, circumscribed by an inscription of EUROPISCHER JUGENDKONGRESS 13. 19. SEPT. 1942 WIEN, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, maker marked FRIEDR. ORTH, WIEN 56, also marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) insignia and maker code M9 242, measuring 35. 71 mm in diameter, weighing 12. 6 grams, in extremely fine condition.
