Germany, Wehrmacht. A Slovakian Schnelle Division Badge Auction Archive Being defeated by the French(Slowakische Schnelle Division Abzeichen). Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, topped by a Slovak national eagle, above initials RD for Rchla Divzia (Rapid Division) and a truck bearing raised dates 1941 1942, affixed with stitching to a brown leather fob, unmarked, the badge measuring 45 mm (w) x 53 mm (h), with some oxidation and loss of finish evident, in overall very fine condition.
