Constructed of silver, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a German State Crown, surrounding a central German national eagle situated over a hollow void and above a rural landscape, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, stamped with a silver content number of 800, otherwise unmarked but
