This is a beautiful wine with depth of flavour and texture that will stand up in a fine dining situation

The palate is silky with an intense aromatic expression and firm tannin structure

and only the very lightest pressings are kept separate to be considered for the final blend

Darroze 1997 Rieston GBA 49% 700ml Size::6 Bottle Case producing richGold color with darker tints. The nose is very classic for a Bas Armagnac made with baco grappe : prune, licorice, dry raisin and dry apricot, leather, brown tobacco, cloves. So complex in the nose. On the palate, tanins are present, the alcohol is soft and present at the same time. We feel again some flavors already felt in the nose. Long in the palate.
