Serbia, Kingdom. An Order of St. Sava, V. Class with Officer’s Cap Badge Hold Footnote: The Order of Ouissam(Orden Svetog Save). Instituted January 23rd, 1883. Type III (1921 1941 issue). A silver Maltese cross constructed of light blue and white enamels, each of the arms finished with dual ball finials, with Serbian double eagles with shields on their chests in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, the obverse centerpiece shows the distinctive iconography of St. Sava in a green robe (Model III), surrounded by a gilded inscription within an oval ring
