The palate is delightfully generous with dark red cherry fruit that merges into ironstone tannins

followed typically by 18-24 months on lees in bottle

allowing slow ripening conditions with enough warmth & sufficiently dry conditions for our later-ripening red varieties to thrive

This assemblage is based on a meticulous selection of 20 Crus from the Premiers and Grands Crus of the Champagne region
