Made from slightly dried plums of Ente, the preparation of our prunes has remained artisanal: the flavor of the fruit is preserved, enhanced with a touch of armagnac, and slightly sweet. A natural recipe, a little treat to enjoy with your fingers at the end of a meal, or to slip into your dishes, sweet or savory.
