Germany, Third Reich. An Air Protection Medal, Ii Class Buy Now presumably wearer’s initials and the(Luftschutz Ehrenzeichen II Klasse). Constructed of aluminum, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, the obverse with a central raised mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of FR VERDIENST IM LUFTSCHUTZ (FOR MERIT IN AIR PROTECTION), the reverse with a central raised date of 1939, unmarked, measuring 40. 33 mm in diameter, weighing 13. 9 grams, in extremely fine condition.
