In silver gilt, an eight point star with clusters of white enamelled rays, separated by a single short blue ray, the obverse medallion featuring a silver flower on a blue enamelled field, encircled by a silver gilt ring along with sixteen red glass cabochons, reverse bears a tripronged pin and larch catch, with four rivets and central kanji, measures 74 mm (w) x 73. 9 mm (h), weighs 97. 86 grams,
